Currently we are not accepting returns. All items listed on State of Mind Co. are handmade or naturally made by mother-nature and may contain uncontrollable imperfections. Please review product photographs carefully as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. For product enquiries, please contact us directly at info@stateofmindcompanyllc.com prior to purchase. 

 

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED:

 

We inspect all items prior to shipping to ensure your item/s leaves us in good condition. Please be sure to inspect your item/s upon receipt and contact us immediately, within 3 (three) days of receipt, if your item was damaged from transit or if you mistakenly received an incorrect item so we may address and correct any issues.
