I am a small female run business located in Northern California, just 65 miles west from beautiful Lake Tahoe and 90 miles east of San Francisco with handfuls of rivers and lakes in between. I consider myself fortunate to be only a hop, skip and a jump away from the American River, Folsom Lake, the soaring mountain ranges of the Sierra’s, and the peaceful Pacific Ocean, just to name a few. 

As often as we can, my husband and I spend our time camping on or near water which I commonly refer to as “my happy place.” To better describe my happy place, it is simply where you can’t find a convenient store for miles, where you don’t see the flashing of traffic and streetlights and especially where you can’t receive a single bar of cellular or WiFi reception. It is a place where the sky burns bright with the fire of the setting sun and the only view obstruction is the majestic mountain ranges seen from across the water.  It is a place where the black velvety night sky is so dark and clear that all you can see once the sun has set is the pale crescent moon and the twinkle of dancing stars that stretch as far as the eye can see. Whenever we are surrounded by Mother Nature’s breathtaking beauty, we find ourselves in a carefree and untroubled “State of Mind.” Capturing this serene “State of Mind,” motivated my interest and inspired my passion for crystal+mineral art which evolved into this small business venture. I am excited and proud to bring you these exceptional and uniquely created crystal treasures. It is my hope you discover and love any selected treasure offered here and that it brings happiness and joy into your peaceful surroundings!

The primary focus for State of Mind Co. is to bring uplifting and good vibe energy directly to our customers and their surroundings through my handmade crystal art and sun catchers, unique, high quality, and responsibly sourced, hand selected crystal+mineral treasures and gifts from the around the world at affordable prices. In most cases, we proudly note our inventory is sourced from small business owners here in the United States and from small businesses around the world.
