OUR RECYCLE & RE-USE PROMISE:

 

State of Mind Co. understands packaging is the most import role in ensuring items arrive safely to our customers. We strive to keep our waste to a minimum by re-using any packing material that was sent to us from our crystal+mineral vendors, amazon packages, suppliers, etc. When it is necessary to purchasing new packing material, our first choice is always recycled and/or biodegradable items such as 100% recycled packaging paper and tissue paper, hemp twine, starch foam sheets and packing peanuts that decompose in water leaving no toxic waste whenever possible. State of Mind Co. wants to be a part of creating a world where packaging doesn’t become waste!

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

 

Once an order is received, please allow 2-4 (two to four) business days for processing and packing. Orders typically ship 4-7 (four to seven) business days after being received.  Please monitor your tracking information. If a package has not been received within 14 (fourteen) business days after being shipped and tracking information has not been updated by the carrier, please contact us at info@stateofmindcompanyllc.com so we may assist.

 

RETURN POLICY:

 

Currently we are not accepting returns. All items listed on State of Mind Co. are handmade or natural and may contain uncontrollable imperfections. Please review product photographs carefully as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. For product enquiries, please contact us directly at info@stateofmindcompanyllc.com prior to purchase. 

 

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED:

 

We inspect all items prior to shipping to ensure your item/s leaves us in good condition. Please be sure to inspect your item/s upon receipt and contact us immediately, within 3 (three) days of receipt, if your item was damaged from transit or if you mistakenly received an incorrect item so we may address and correct any issues.
