This piece stands roughly 11 inches tall and weighs over 7.8 pounds. The cockatoo is carved from white dolomite and is accented with a calcite mohawk, calcite feather, and a tiger eye beak. The feet are made of metal and sit perched upon a half polished dyed blue agate geode. Beautiful shades of light blue, dark blue and white layers of the agate surround a hollow center that contains a pocket of sparkly quartz crystals.  This beautifully hand carved piece would make the perfect home or office décor statement piece or long lasting gift to a loved one.
